British brand Neom has debuted its Global Wellbeing Hub concept in London, opening a new flagship store at 143 Regent Street this week.

The store marks a "key milestone" in the brand's global expansion, coinciding with its 20th anniversary this year.

The elevated concept allows visitors to explore Neom's growing range of wellbeing products, "bringing an oasis of calm to London’s busiest shopping street".

Key features include a digital scent discovery tool to match Neom's fragrances to individual wellbeing needs, as well as complimentary hand and arm massages and wellbeing consultations with in-house wellness advisors offering expert advice.

As a global first, the new flagship also introduces a ‘Pick Your Pod’ wall, where visitors can select from a curated collection of limited-edition, hand‑blown glass covers for Neom's Wellbeing Pod.

Additional offerings include bespoke gift wrapping with personalised ribbon and ceramic diffuser charms.

Nicola Elliott, founder of Neom, said: "I could not be more thrilled for us to arrive on Regent Street!

"It is the hub for central London shoppers, and we are ready to give them an immersive, luxury experience to getting better Sleep, Less Stress, More Energy and a Boosted Mood, in our own Wellbeing Hub."

Neom was founded in 2005 after Elliott spent seven years working as a journalist in London, feeling the effects of a fast-paced life – poor sleep, increased stress and low energy and mood.

It was this that kickstarted her own wellbeing journey and led her to train as an aromatherapist and create therapeutic and effective blends using 100% natural essential oils from her own kitchen.

Today, the brand is known for its holistic wellbeing products and luxurious natural scents. The new store on Regent Street further supports its expansion.
