Neom Organics partners with Wincanton to support omni-channel growth
Beauty and wellbeing brand Neom Organics has selected Wincanton Group as its dedicated supply chain partner.
The three-year contract will build on Wincanton’s expanding health, beauty and wellbeing retail eFulfilment portfolio, which includes Neal’s Yard Remedies, Molton Brown, Sephora and Huda Beauty.
Operating from its 211,000 sq ft multi-user eFulfilment facility in Northampton, the group will fulfil Neom's direct-to-consumer e-commerce orders, as well as orders through retailers including John Lewis, NEXT and Marks & Spencer, and via independent retailers.
Wincanton will also manage final mile deliveries to customers, using its carrier management service, and will provide value-added services, such as bespoke gifting.
Craig Rubbathan, Operations Director at NEOM Organics, said: “We are thrilled to embark on this exciting partnership with Wincanton to enhance our operational capabilities and to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
"We are very confident that this partnership will support our growth in the UK and EU over the coming years, and we are delighted to have one of UK’s leading supply chain partners at the helm of our operations.”
