New aesthetics group Skingevity launches following three-clinic acquisition
Skingevity, a new medical aesthetics clinic group, has acquired three practices as part of its UK-first strategy.
The group has launched with the acquisition of three well-established clinics: London-based Dr Joney De Souza Skin and Laser Clinic, MediZen, based in Birmingham, and Cannelle Skin Clinic, based in Oxford.
Each clinic will continue to operate under its existing name, leadership and clinical approach, with no changes to its current patient base. Skingevity will provide the infrastructure, governance and operational backbone to help manage the clinics’ administrative burden.
The group’s stated aim is to help patients navigate an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving sector, while also delivering a personalised experience.
Founded by Andrea Agnolio, former Principal at Boston Consulting Group, and Enrico Ghio, former Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, the acquisition of the first three clinics marks just the beginning for Skingevity, which has international ambitions.
Andrea Agnolio, co-CEO and Chief Operating Officer of Skingevity, said: “Skingevity was created to support outstanding clinics without compromising what makes them exceptional.
"In a sector that is becoming increasingly complex and regulated, we believe doctors need institutional support without losing clinical independence.”
