No7 enters healthy skin category with new Derm Solutions range and in-store service
No7 has launched a new Derm Solutions range and in-store service to address the growing need for skin health products and expertise among British shoppers.
The new collection features five products to help maintain the skin’s barrier and deliver visibly healthy, balanced looking skin, as well as four targeted solutions to address specific skin concerns.
- Derm Solutions For Dry & Sensitive Skin
- Derm Solutions For Oily & Blemish Prone Skin
The core range includes cleansers and moisturisers for oily skin and dry skin, formulated with No7's triple adaptogen system to target visible signs of stress on the skin, niacinamide and pentavitin to support the skin’s barrier, and ceramides to hydrate and lock in moisture.
At the heart of the core range is a Skin Balancing Serum, clinically-proven to target both oiliness and dryness with green tea, vitamin E, vitamin C and Japanese lily turf.
- Eczema Treatment
- Rosacea Treatment
- Clearing Treatment
- Psoriasis Treatment Cream
Meanwhile, the four targeted solutions address specific skin concerns, including blemishes, rosacea, psoriasis and eczema.
Dr Mike Bell, Head of Science Research at No7, said: "Skin health is impacted by many different triggers which can cause an unhealthy skin cycle of inflammation, oxidative stress and barrier damage leading to oiliness and blemishes, dryness, dullness, redness, uneven skin tone and rough texture.
"The Derm Solutions range is designed to work with your skin, and not against it so that skin can adapt and defend itself from internal and external triggers."
Alongside the Derm Solutions launch, No7 has introduced an in-store service for Boots customers to access three personalised skin consultations over a 12-week period.
As part of this, No7 Beauty Advisors will use the brand's Pro Derm Scan to analyse skin, provide personalised solutions and expert support throughout the three month timeframe it typically takes skin to acclimatise to a new regime.
The brand has also updated its Pro Derm Scan with a new skin measurement – skin tone evenness – to assess the difference between the average colour of the forehead, cheek and jawline.
Through both the Derm Solutions range and Skin Solutions service, No7 hopes to provide a "vital first point of entry for the many people who want to improve their skin".
Grace Vernon, Head of Global Cultural Insights & Trends at No7 Beauty Company, added: "Our research shows that many people feel stuck in an ongoing cycle of skincare that doesn’t work for their skin, but they don’t know where to turn for trustworthy expert advice.
"As the UK’s number one skincare brand, we wanted to develop a range and service that gives people access to personalised expert beauty advice and product recommendations, helping them to stop the frustrating cycle of trial and error."

Derm Solutions marks the latest innovation for No7, following the launch of its Future Renew range earlier this year. Featuring a super-peptide blend, the collection represents the biggest cosmetic science innovation in the brand’s history.
It broke records to become the brand’s fastest selling product range ever, selling more products in the first two weeks than any other previous launch from No7.
