No7 partners with Clementine to launch skin-mind rituals

No7 has collaborated with cognitive hypnotherapy app Clementine to create six mind-skin rituals for women going through the menopause. 

The free to access digital rituals work with the new No7 menopause range and were designed to help menopausal women feel more comfortable in their skin and more positive about themselves.

The No7 menopause skincare range includes four products, created in collaboration with over 7,000 menopausal women and five years of scientific research. The collection features an Instant Radiance Serum, Protect & Hydrate Day Cream, Nourishing Overnight Cream and Instant Cooling Mist.

Offering a holistic approach, the rituals combine the sensory power of skincare application via a guided facial massage with hypnotherapy. The six mind-skin rituals cover Confidence, Clarity, Cooling, Calming, Get to Sleep and Get Back to Sleep rituals.

The news comes after Boots, Boots Opticians and No7 Beauty Company achieved an independent accreditation from Menopause Friendly Accreditation’s Independent Panel. This recognises their work to create a workplace culture where women can feel empowered to talk about the menopause transition, all while getting the support they need.
