NUXE appoints Christine Delfaut-Sara as CEO
French beauty group NUXE has appointed Christine Delfaut-Sara as CEO, succeeding Muriel Koch from 1 October 2026.
Delfaut-Sara has been part of NUXE’s management team since 2019, when she joined as Deputy General Manager responsible for brand strategy.
She will take on the CEO role after more than seven years with the group, having held responsibility across marketing, digital and e-commerce, innovation, activation, communications and consumer market intelligence.

Her appointment comes as NUXE looks to continue its international expansion and transformation following Koch’s eight-year tenure. NUXE has a retail presence spanning 182 points of sale in the UK and Ireland, part of a global network of over 30,000 points of sale across 60 countries, and employs more than 800 people worldwide.
Delfaut-Sara brings more than 30 years of experience in the beauty industry to the role. Before joining NUXE, she spent 17 years at Beiersdorf, where she held a number of marketing and product roles before becoming Global Marketing Director for skin care, hair care and personal care.
She joined Groupe Rocher in 2010 as CMO of Yves Rocher, overseeing worldwide marketing strategy, innovation and a portfolio spanning make-up, skincare, fragrance and personal care. She later became Global Head of Retail & Brand Communication, with responsibility for retail communication, PR, digital and social media, media strategy and consumer and market trends.
At NUXE, Delfaut-Sara has been part of the executive committee and has continued to work across brand strategy, digital, innovation and international growth.
Aliza Jabès, founder and president of the NUXE Group, said Delfaut-Sara had played a key role in strengthening the brand’s presence in France and internationally since joining the company.
“Her strategic vision and ability to drive transformation will be invaluable assets as we accelerate our development,” Jabès said.
Delfaut-Sara thanked NUXE founder Aliza Jabès and the company’s teams on LinkedIn, saying she was taking on the new role with “immense gratitude and enthusiasm”.
NUXE was founded by Jabès in the 1990s and has built its business around beauty products sold primarily through pharmacies, with products including its Huile Prodigieuse dry oil, Crème Fraîche de Beauté and Rêve de Miel.
The group operates its own R&D laboratory and manufacturing facilities in France and also includes BIO-BEAUTÉ by NUXE, RESULTIME and NUXE Spa.
