P.Louise declares 'the future of retail is here' as it unveils first-ever store
Viral beauty brand P.Louise is making its long-anticipated retail debut this autumn, opening the doors to its first permanent store. Located at Manchester’s Trafford Palazzo, the immersive, 19,000 sqft space will be known as P.Louise City, and promises to reimagine the beauty retail experience - think dance floors, juice bars and more.
"We have had opportunities to go into retail before but I have always said we’d only do it if we could do it our way," Founder and CEO Paige Williams said. "This isn’t just shelves and tills, this is a full-blown P.Louise City built by and for our community. It’s about creating memorable moments from the second you step through the doors."

The two-floor, fully accessible store is designed to feel more like an entertainment destination than a traditional beauty counter. Created with input from the brand’s passionate fanbase, P.Louise City will feature bold, ever-changing interiors, themed product zones, makeup education areas and bookable experiences. But it doesn't stop there, the 'P.Louise City' will also be home to content creation booths, the brand’s signature Bad B*tch Juice Bar and even a dancefloor.
It will house the full range of P.Louise products across cosmetics, skincare, haircare and bodycare, all in a space that blends shopping, socialising and self-expression. The brand is also teasing exclusive behind-the-scenes content and early access to product drops via its WhatsApp broadcast channel.
The launch marks a major expansion of the P.Louise universe, which already includes an HQ and training academy in Stockport. P.Louise City consumer-facing hub that brings the brand’s world to life with "every corner is designed to entertain, inspire and empower".
