Paco Rabanne names Elle Fanning as brand ambassdor
Paco Rabanne has named US actress Elle Fanning as brand ambassador for its new feminine fragrance, Fame.
Described by the brand, the fragrance pays tribute to a "new era of femininity" and aims to capture the "irresistible Parisian spirit of the Rabanne woman". The bottle itself is inspired by the brand's chainmail dress.
The vegan fragrance features a blend of jasmine, mango and incense. Crafted in Grasse from sustainable ingredients, the fragrance is made from 90% natural origin.
Fanning has starred in films including The Neon Demon, The Beguiled and Teen Spirit. Most recently, she has appeared in the Hulu drama miniseries The Girl from Plainville and in the Golden Globe-nominated series The Great.
Commenting on the partnership, Elle Fanning said: "I am thrilled to be an ambassador of a brand as iconic as Paco Rabanne. I was completely taken by the concept, and felt like it was a perfect fit and really reflects my personality. Being part of this new chapter was an immediate yes."
Jérôme Leloup, VP of Paco Rabanne, added: "Multifaceted and multitalented, Elle Fanning couldn't be a better choice as the face of FAME. She embodies the very essence of Paco Rabanne's ultramodern femininity, and we are very happy to have her as the ambassador for our new fragrance."
