Pai Skincare opens first pop-up at Westfield London
Pai Skincare has opened its first pop-up at Westfield London as it looks to drive brand awareness and conversation around sensitive skin.
The Pai Skin Confidence Bar - running until 12 November - is offering complimentary 1-2-1 consultations with the brand's Sensitive Skin Coaches to assess areas that could be causing potential skin irritation.
Further amplifying skincare education, the pop-up also features a Booster Mixing Station for visitors to learn how to supercharge their skincare in the winter months with all-natural actives.
Exclusive promotions will run throughout the five-day pop-up, including an Early Bird 20% Cyber Week discount on all purchases, complimentary samples, and a spin-the-wheel with various prizes to be won.
Ahead of the festive season, the pop-up will also showcase the brand's limited-edition holiday gift sets. Themed ‘From London with Love’, the Christmas range is designed by London Fashion School artist and teacher, Jodie Glen-Martin.
Glen-Martin herself will be in residence on Sunday, 12 November, hand-drawing personalised gift cards for every kit purchase at the pop-up.
Sarah Brown, Founder of Pai Skincare, told TheIndustry.beauty: "We are a West London brand born, many years ago, out of a garage in Ealing Broadway. So, visitors buying our products from Westfield this week are supporting a local business in their community.
"We love these types of out-of-home activations that give us a unique opportunity to more deeply connect with our customers - helping to solve their skin challenges or needs in a supportive, face-to-face environment. While we are only popping up for a week, Pai Skincare is permanently available in Westfield London at Sephora and John Lewis."
The pop-up has been developed by creative marketing agency Backlash, which specialises in creating pop-up experiences. This includes NYX Professional Makeup's Barbie-themed pop-up at Covent Garden earlier this year.
