Humanrace, the all-gender skincare brand launched by Pharrell Williams last November, is expanding its offer with a new body care category.

The new category offers two body bars, the Reenergising Whiteclay Body Bar and the Energy Channeling Charcoal Body Bar, which are both made from a soap-free formulation, said the Grammy-winning musician’s brand today.

The Reenergising Whiteclay Body Bar is formulated to cleanse and hydrate the skin while the Energy Channeling Charcoal Body Bar helps to smooth and refine the skin. Both bars are made with natural ingredients such as snow mushroom extract, kaolin clay and rice powder and follow the brand’s ethos of minimal, yet effective products.

The offerings round up with a Ceramic Body Bar Dish, which is handcrafted in Arita, Japan. Like Humanrace's other products, the body bars are packaged in eco-friendly materials such as recycled landfill plastic and are printed with vegetable dyes and water-based coatings.

Pharrell Williams, Founder of Humanrace, said in a statement: "We’ve spent the last year educating people how to take care of their skin and adhere to a routine, but we believe that the routine doesn’t stop with your face. You need to care for your body, too. Your body deserves it's own time."

The new body care range joins the existing three-piece skincare collection which includes the Rice Powder Cleanser, Lotus Enzyme Exfoliator, and Humidifying Cream. The products were all packaged in a bright green post-consumer waste recycled and refillable packaging.

Launching on the brand's website on 22 November, the Reenergizing Whiteclay Body Bar is available for $16, the Energy Channeling Charcoal Body Bar retails for $18 and the ceramic dish is available for $75.
