British beauty brand Project Cosmetics has entered the skincare market, launching a new category called Project Face.

Project Cosmetics launched in 2017 after Founder and CEO Joy Howieon noticed a demand for vegan luxury lip care whilst working as a MUA at Selfridges.

The brand first introduced a lip-plumping range, called Project Lip. Made with 100% natural and vegan ingredients, the collection is housed in fully recyclable packaging to create items "perfect for your lip care regime, planet and bank balance".

Now launching into skincare, Project Cosmetics has unveiled its new Plump Fix Plumping Face Primer. Found under the newly created Project Face category, the product is inspired by the "skin genius capital of the world", South Korea.

The primer combines hyaluronic acid and matrixyl 3000 with natural mushroom tremella and ginseng to create a makeup skincare hybrid that "lifts, fills and plumps" skin.

It also contains a new trademarked ingredient, Volufiline. Clinically-proven and extracted from Asian botanical roots, Volufiline is commonly used in the aesthetics industry.

Joy Howieson, Founder and CEO of Project Cosmetics, said: “Following the successful launch of our Plump & Fill Lip Liner and QVC sell-out in America with Project Lip, we are applying the same innovative plumping technologies to our new face range.

"We know our customers want minimal-fuss vegan products that work harder and won’t break the bank. We’ve always championed that you are your own best project and Plump Fix gives consumers glazed doughnut skin for that make-up no-makeup look that saves money and precious time."
