Pureseoul makes regional debut alongside new Space NK store at Lakeside
Lakeside has welcomed Pureseoul and Space NK, adding two new beauty retailers to the shopping centre’s offer.
Pureseoul's opening marks the K-beauty retailer’s regional debut. The 1,919 sq ft store is located on Level 1 and carries more than 30 brands, including Torriden, Amuse, Beauty of Joseon and Medicube.
The store also features a dedicated workshop space for product discovery and customer events. Its range will be available to Lakeside’s annual visitor base of 17 million people.

Meanwhile, Space NK has opened a 3,665 sq ft store on Level 2, featuring the premium beauty retailer’s latest store concept.
The store sits alongside brands including ZARA and offers premium make-up, skincare and fragrance from brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, Rare Beauty, Refy, Drunk Elephant and Olaplex.
The two openings strengthen Lakeside’s beauty offer, creating a broader mix of specialist and premium operators. The centre has a catchment of 8.5 million people within a one-hour drive, with £11 billion in available spend, according to owner and operator SGS UK Retail.
Leslie Tang, co-founder and Chief Executive at Pureseoul, said Lakeside was selected for its catchment, tenant mix and visitor base.
“We are confident that we can deliver the best of K-Beauty, and that we are in the right place to reach greater heights,” Tang said.
The openings follow new jewellery signings from Browns Jewellers, Ernest Jones and Diamonds Factory, alongside a reinvestment and upsizing by Beaverbrooks. Lakeside has also recently welcomed The White Company and is adding Oliver Bonas as part of a wider retail expansion programme.
