Revieve launches first generative AI solution built exclusively for beauty

Beauty tech company Revieve has launched a new generative AI solution, designed to enhance engagement, personalisation, and data-driven strategies for brands and retailers.

The Next Gen AI Advisor series promises to deliver a seamless and sophisticated experience to "revolutionise beauty shopping for brands and consumers alike".

Developed in partnership with Google Cloud, the new innovation features a suite of beauty-specific solutions, such as an AI Skin Advisor, AI Makeup Advisor and AI Hair Advisor, for "unique experiences at every touchpoint".

Key highlights include a Fully Integrated Gen AI Conversational Assistant, which delivers in-depth product insights on ingredients, benefits, and personalised Q&A to help empower consumers to make well-informed choices.

There's also a new feature that connects consumers’ inspirations to tailored product recommendations, using tools like Match My Look and Shop the Look.

What's more, the solutions capture zero and first-party data, allowing brands to drive personalisation using proprietary data to create tailored experiences and refine data strategies with unique insights.
