Revolution Beauty appoints new CEO
Following the resignation of Founder and CEO Adam Minto earlier this month, Revolution Beauty has appointed Bob Holt OBE as its new Chief Executive Officer
Holt has been providing leadership to the business as interim Chief Operating Officer since 14 October 2022. He will take up the new role of CEO with immediate effect.
Having served as CEO and Executive Chairman at a number of UK listed companies, including SureServe Group and Mears Group, Revolution Beauty believes that "he is the right person to drive the business forward".
The announcement follows the unexpected departure of Minto as the company's CEO. His resignation came after the launch of an investigation into the company's failure to complete its auditing quickly enough.
The independent investigation being carried out by Forensic Risk Alliance and Macfarlanes remains ongoing, and no conclusions have been drawn.
