Rhode drives growth for E.l.f. Beauty as sales lift 38%
E.l.f. Beauty delivered a 38% increase in net sales to $489.5 million (£360.2 million) for the third quarter, boosted by the "record-breaking" launch of Rhode at Sephora UK.
The owner of E.l.f. Cosmetics and Naturium achieved growth in both retail and e-commerce channels, across the US and international markets.
Tarang Amin, Chairman and CEO of E.l.f. Beauty, said: "Our Q3 results, which included 130 basis points of market share gains for our namesake E.l.f. Cosmetics brand and a record-breaking launch of rhode in Sephora in the UK, are a continuation of the consistent, category-leading growth we’ve delivered over the past 28 quarters."
For the nine months ended 31 December 2025, net sales rose 21% to $1.18 billion (£868.3 million), compared with the same period in 2024.
Looking ahead, the company updated its fiscal 2026 outlook, now expecting net sales growth of 22-23% year-on-year, up from the previous guidance of 18-20%.
Amin added: "Our value proposition, powerhouse innovation and disruptive marketing engine continue to fuel our brands. We remain confident in our ability to grow market share and deliver best-in-class growth in beauty, as reflected by our raised fiscal 2026 outlook."
