Rituals boosts annual revenues and signals investment push for 2026
Rituals delivered a 16% increase in net revenue to €2.43 billion (£2.1 billion) in 2025, led by growth in European markets including France, Italy and the UK.
In line with its retail-focused strategy, the brand opened more than 200 boutiques worldwide during the year. Notable new locations included London’s Oxford Street, Zurich’s Bahnhofstrasse and Barcelona’s Gràcia Street.
Rituals also continued the rollout of its Mind Oasis concept, a wellbeing-focused format offering hydro and brain massage treatments. A new Mind Oasis location opened at the Oxford Street flagship in November.

Elsewhere, online sales continued to gain momentum, accounting for more than 20% of total revenue in 2025. Growth was recorded across Europe and the UK, as well as in Greater China and the Middle East.
Product development remained a key growth driver, with approximately 200 new product launches across the brand’s wellbeing and lifestyle categories in 2025.
In addition, Rituals continued to expand its refill programme, selling close to 10 million refills in 2025 - a 22% increase compared with the previous year. The brand also progressed its transition towards more circular glass packaging to support reuse and reduce packaging waste.
Looking ahead, Raymond Cloosterman, founder and CEO of Rituals, said 2026 will be an "investment year" focused on sustaining the brand’s momentum.
"We will refit 1,500 stores, expand further in Asia, accelerate new product innovation and continue the rollout of Mind Oasis. Our ambition is clear: growing our business while making a positive impact on people and planet," he said.
