Rituals confirms new UK MD as Penny Grivea steps down
Beauty and wellbeing brand Rituals has confirmed the departure of Penny Grivea as its Managing Director for the UK and Ireland after almost nine years in the role.
Grivea will be replaced by Annemarie Forsyth, who will assume the role of Managing Director UK & Ireland from 6 November.
Forsyth is currently the Managing Director for Victoria's Secret in the UK and Ireland, a position she has held since July 2018.
Prior to this, she held various roles at Inditex - the owner of Zara, Bershka and Massimo Dutti - including Country Director UK&IRE and International Commercial Director, amongst other positions.
Rituals told TheIndustry.beauty: "Annemarie joins Rituals with a wealth of retail experience in terms of building a brand and managing high potential teams in a culture and people driven organisation.
