Rituals sets sights on brick-and-mortar expansion

Following a boom of beauty brands expanding their brick-and-mortar presence over the past year, Rituals has followed suit with not one, not two, but three new UK stores. 

Dutch retailer Rituals offers a collection of bodycare, home fragrance and skincare products. Today, the luxury beauty and wellbeing company is opening its first-ever Cornwall store, in Truro shopping centre.

Annemarie Forsyth, Managing Director at Rituals Cosmetics UK & Ireland, said: "We are so excited to be opening this store in Truro, expanding the Rituals interactive experience in the UK. Living during these ever-changing times, we understand more than ever the need to create moments of joy and feeling balanced during our everyday lives.

"The new Rituals store will help customers achieve a sense of wellbeing by finding the perfect products that will help them to balance the body, mind and soul. This opening marks an exciting time for the brand in growing our retail presence across the UK."

Strengthening its presence in the UK, Rituals is also set opening stores at Festival Place in Basingstoke and Merry Hill in the West Midlands.

At Festival Place, Rituals has opened a 3,300 sq ft unit adjacent to EE and opposite MINISO. Meanwhile, the Merry Hill store has been placed amongst the destination’s luxury watch and jewellery brands, spanning 2,000 sq ft in the former Phase Eight unit.

Earlier this month, Rituals opened a new store at Caledonia Park Designer Outlet. The new store, which marks the brand's first outlet in Scotland, features a portfolio of bath, body and home products.
