Robertet Group separates CEO and Chairman positions
Natural fragrance and flavours maker Robertet Group has confirmed its new corporate structure, separating the positions of Chairman and CEO.
Jérôme Bruhat has been appointed CEO, who will aim to further consolidate the company's position as a "world leader" and continue to grow the company and update its operations.
Bruhat joins Robertet Group from L'Oreal Japan, where he most recently served as President and Representative Director. Prior to this, he was Global Brand President of Maybelline New York at L'Oreal USA.
Philippe Maubert, who was previously Chairman and CEO of the France-based company, has now been appointed Non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. In his role, Maubert will help ensure the continuity of the company's strategy and values to preserve its independence.
The Robertet Group is a family-owned business, which specialises in natural fragrance, flavours, healthcare and beauty products.
In a statement, Robertet Group said: "This appointment is an important event in the evolution of the Robertet Group's corporate management and comes in the wake of good results in 2021 and at the beginning of 2022. In an uncertain global situation, the group continues to assert its unique expertise in natural products, its independence and its confidence in the future."
