US beauty brand Sacheu has made two senior appointments aimed at accelerating growth and scaling the business, welcoming Connie Kim as CFO and Michelle Miller as CMO.

Kim brings a wealth of experience to her new role as CFO, having most recently served as CFO at skincare brand Topicals. She also held the position of Vice President of Technology, Operations & Strategy at Unilever for nearly three years.

Meanwhile, Sacheu’s new CMO, Miller, has previously held roles including CMO at haircare brand Vegamour, Founding CMO at K18 Hair, and Vice President of Marketing at Kosas Cosmetics.

"Like our long-wear beauty products, Sacheu is built for brand longevity - not just hype. Behind every breakout brand is a growth engine designed to scale," Sacheu posted on LinkedIn.

"We are welcoming Connie Kim and Michelle Miller - two leaders who know how to pair momentum with intention."

Sacheu founder Sarah Cheung

Launched by Sarah Cheung in 2020, Sacheu (pronounced “Say-chew”) began as a content creator’s curiosity and quickly evolved into one of social media’s most talked-about beauty brands.

Known for problem-solving, high-performing products, and a cult following, the brand’s signature Lip Stain - transfer-proof and long-wearing - has become a TikTok sensation, attracting attention from celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Doja Cat.

Its products recently made their UK debut at Boots, joining the health and beauty retailer’s roster of trending brands.
