Sarah Chapman launches new Longevity division to support skin and wellbeing from inside out
Sarah Chapman has launched a new Longevity division within her Chelsea clinic, expanding her science-led skincare approach beyond topical treatments to focus on the underlying biological factors that influence skin health and ageing.
The division operates alongside the clinic’s existing Medical arm - which includes dermatology, aesthetics, injectables and diagnostics - as well as Chapman’s Skinesis product range and treatment offering.
The new pillar reflects a broader, more integrated approach to skin health, linking dermatology with functional and preventative medicine.
It is led by Dr Miriam Mikicki and nutritional therapist and functional medicine practitioner Elena Rolt. Together, they bring expertise in root-cause medicine, nutritional biochemistry and longevity-focused health strategies.
The division combines functional medicine, longevity science and advanced diagnostics, with the aim of supporting cellular, metabolic and hormonal health.
Each programme begins with an in-depth consultation covering medical history, lifestyle factors and personal goals. Diagnostic testing is then used to inform a personalised plan addressing areas such as energy levels, sleep quality, hormonal balance, skin concerns, gut health and inflammation.
Other services include blood testing that analyses more than 100 indicators related to metabolism, hormones and immunity, cardiovascular, neurological and skin health.
It also offers gut health assessments exploring the relationship between digestion, microbial balance and inflammation, as well as detailed hormone evaluations examining how hormones are made, used and cleared by the body, and how these processes affect mood, sleep, skin, metabolism and energy.
"Our mission is to help every client feel confident in their skin, supported in their health, and empowered in their longevity journey. We’re not just treating symptoms - we’re transforming the way we approach beauty, wellness and health itself," said Chapman.
Chapman has more than 20 years’ experience in skincare, with training in cosmetic science and a background in hands-on facial techniques. Since opening her Skinesis Clinic in Chelsea in 2006, she has built a reputation for combining technology-led treatments with long-term skin health strategies.
Her Skinesis skincare range, launched in 2008, is informed by her clinical experience and contemporary dermatological research, and is designed to address a wide range of skin concerns through evidence-based formulations.
