Science-backed wellness members club opens in Marylebone
triplebond, a new social wellness members club, will open in August at five-star The BoTree hotel in Marylebone, bringing together innovative treatment services, an infrared heated fitness studio and science-led recovery spaces across multiple floors.
The club will be home to Marylebone's first rooftop pool, alongside a rooftop gym, recovery suites and a wellness café, with access for both members and hotel guests.
The concept is built around an "activation, restoration and connection model", at the centre of which sits 'The Bassment' – a beat-led hot fitness studio with inbuilt infrared technology. The gym will be running classes "structured around rhythm and tempo", from high-impact sessions to barre, strength and breathwork formats.
The space will also feature a rooftop gym that offers health assessments, delivered in partnership with Technogym,
For recovery, triplebond has partnered with Hyperice to design a social Lymphatic Lounge offering lymphatic compression in a shared setting, with a full salt wall and circadian-aware lighting.
Another 'Fire & Ice Circuit' allows visitors to combine stints at the infrared sauna with cold plunges. To aid recovery the space also features full-standing red light panels and nervous system-informed breath-led experiences.
Additional spaces include a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, cryotherapy chamber and a Red Light Lounge described as a "jet lag recovery circuit" that uses light therapy beds, AYO wearable light therapy glasses that are designed to help regulate your body clock, and in-ear circadian devices.
The club has also partnered with Stride to offer a Health Concierge, where members undergo diagnostic assessment covering more than 500 biomarkers across blood testing, DNA profiling, gut microbiome markers and biological age.
Beyond the club itself, The BoTree has reimagined its in-room minibars with wellness-focused snacks and recovery essentials, alongside a technology rental menu offering compression boots and red light face masks to any room on request.
The launch comes as premium hospitality and retail spaces invest in bundled wellness offerings. Harvey Nichols opened a wellness hub at its Knightsbridge flagship in May, combining Reformer Pilates, aesthetic treatments, IV infusions and athleisure retail on a single floor.
Consumer appetite for the technologies central to triplebond's offer is also growing: data from Bon Charge found that over a quarter of UK adults have tried red light therapy or blue light blocking devices, with adoption highest among 18- to 34-year-olds.
Louise Rumball, creator of vision and concept at triplebond, said: "Science has long told us that the benefits of human connection and belonging are as vital to our long-term health outcomes as sleep, movement and nutrition. Yet the places we go to take care of ourselves often ask us to come alone and to fit a session into a busy day."
Eva Mount, general manager at The BoTree, said: "We are creating a destination that reflects how people want to live, travel, and connect today."
