Sephora confirms opening date for first UK store at Westfield London
Sephora has announced the opening of its Westfield London store on 8 March 2023, marking its bricks and mortar return to the UK market.
The new 6,000+ sq ft space will showcase "an exceptional assortment of products and personal services" and "next generation retail design features" for UK consumers to discover.
Sephora Westfield London will offer over 135 brands, including those exclusive to the UK such as Tarte Cosmetics, ILIA, Makeup by Mario, ONE/SIZE, GXVE by Gwen Stefani, Skinfix, Vegamour, and Sephora's own Sephora Collection.
The store’s façade will be wrapped in Sephora's iconic black and white stripes, whilst the interior will offer soft geometric shapes, ambient lighting, textured finishes and succulent greenery to create a "warm and inviting" atmosphere.
Sephora Westfield Grand Beauty Hub
The heart of the store will be defined by a combination of human touch and technology experiences, where a Grand Beauty Hub will provide "memorable experiences" for customers as they explore makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance, bodycare and gifting.
As part of this, the space will feature a Lip Bar, Hot on Social corner, Benefit Brow Bar, and fragrance engraving service.

Sephora left the UK in 2005, having opened only a handful of stores in the market. In 2021, in a prelude to its return, Sephora acquired online beauty retailer Feelunique in a £132 million deal. The global beauty retailer then took over Feelunique's former website and launched in the UK online in October 2022.
