Sephora Global COO Alexis Rollier departs
Sephora has announced that its Chief Operating Officer, Alexis Rollier, is leaving his position to join PVH Corp, the parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, as its Chief Financial Officer.
Rollier announced on LinkedIn that after 14 years with Sephora, the last eight of which he spent in the position of COO, and 20 years with LVMH, the time had come for a "new chapter".
This will see him joining PVH in September 2026 as CFO, succeeding Melissa Stone, who has served as Interim CFO since the beginning of the year.
Sephora has not yet announced a replacement for Rollier.
Rollier expressed his gratitude for having been part of Sephora's "exceptional growth and transformation" over the last decade, sharing on LinkedIn: "Throughout my journey at Sephora - from CFO of the Americas, then CFO of Europe and the Middle East, and finally Global COO, I have learned invaluable lessons about leadership, transformation and customer obsession.
"Over the past eight years, serving as Global COO, I had the unique opportunity to build and strengthen Global Finance, Strategy, Supply Chain, Technology, Legal and Procurement functions to support the company’s continued expansion and operational excellence."
Earlier in his career, he also served as Global Chief Financial Officer at Guerlain and held senior finance roles at Kingfisher and LVMH. He started his career at Arthur Andersen and earned his MBA at ESSEC Business School.
He is now taking his more than 30 years of experience to a new role as CFO at PVH.
PVH Chief Executive Officer Stefan Larsson described Rollier as “a unique global finance leader”, citing his experience in multi-brand retail and his record of combining disciplined growth with profit expansion.
“As we continue our journey to build Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger into their full potential, Alexis’s experience connecting consumer-facing strategies with effective financial steering will help drive long-term shareholder value,” Larsson said.
The appointment gives PVH a permanent CFO to work alongside Larsson and the wider leadership team.
