Skin Rocks continues category expansion with new exfoliating toners

Skin Rocks by Caroline Hirons has launched two new exfoliating acid toners as part of its latest category expansion.

Hirons first launched Skin Rocks in 2022 with two retinoid treatments. At the time, she revealed that the full range would cover five categories: Cleanse, Tone, Treatment, Moisturise, and Protect.

The brand has since introduced products under its Cleanse and Moisturise categories, with the new toners marking its latest launch.

The Gentle Acid

Powered by a blend of AHAs, PHA and skin-conditioning ingredients, the Gentle Acid promises a comfortable exfoliation experience without compromising on results.

The "powerful yet gentle" toner also boasts skin-soothing and hydration-boosting actives, which work in harmony with the acids to moisturise the skin, altogether revealing a "hydrated, smooth and radiant complexion with minimal irritation".

It is also designed to even skin tone, reduce hyperpigmentation, minimise the appearance of visible pores and refine skin texture, all whilst respecting the skin barrier.

"The ultimate glow-giver, this acid toner is appropriate for all skin types. The formula contains a combination of exfoliating AHAs, a PHA and antioxidant-rich tropical fruit extracts - leaving your skin gorgeously radiant," said Hirons.

The Control Acid

Formulated with breakout-prone and congested skin in mind, the Control Acid works to unclog pores and regulate oiliness.

Powered by a complex of encapsulated salicylic acid (BHA) and polylysine, the toner helps to regulate oil production, targeting the root cause of congestion and controlling it before it occurs.

Blended with a range of skin-conditioning ingredients, it also works to soothe and strengthen the skin whilst unclogging pores, leaving skin "smoother, clearer and more radiant".
