Skin Rocks names former Dermalogica deputy GM as CCO
Skin Rocks, the skincare brand founded by beauty expert Caroline Hirons, has welcomed Gemma Stevenson as its new Chief Commercial Officer.
Stevenson joins the company from Dermalogica UK, having served as Deputy General Manager since August 2023.
Prior to this, she was Director of Digital, E-commerce and Marketing at the professional skincare brand for five years.
She has also held various digital and marketing roles at Molton Brown, Parfums Christian Dior, Space NK and House of Fraser.
In a post on LinkedIn, Stevenson said: "After five incredible years at Dermalogica UK, working with the most amazing team (I love you guys) along with such an inspiring global digital crew, I am very excited to share that I’ve joined Skin Rocks.
"A huge thank you to Alexandra Forbes and Caroline Hirons for this opportunity - I’m excited to be a part of such a remarkable brand and to contribute to the exciting journey ahead."
Hirons first launched Skin Rocks in 2022 with two retinoid treatments. The brand has since introduced various products under its Cleanse, Tone, Moisturise and Protect categories.
The brand emphasises transparency, education, and science-backed formulas tailored to various skin types and concerns.
