British brand BEAUTYPRO has acquired Skin Sapiens for an undisclosed sum, marking an "exciting new phase" in its expansion strategy.
Following the acquisition, BEAUTYPRO will focus on expanding Skin Sapiens' distribution, refining digital marketing strategies and entering new global markets.

"We believe Skin Sapiens has exceptional growth potential, aligning perfectly with our values of sustainability, efficacy, and consumer-first solutions."
Founded in 2018, Skin Sapiens specialises in natural, fragrance-free skincare designed for sensitive skin types.
Known for its transparent ingredient philosophy, sustainable packaging, and inclusive product range, the brand has built up a strong and loyal customer base, with a 43% repeat purchase rate as well as six figure revenue.
Despite limited marketing investment, the business also retains robust growth potential, bolstered by its solid supply chain and plans to expand into sun care and haircare.
James Jardella, founder of Skin Sapiens, said: "Since our start in 2018, we have challenged the status quo by blending carefully selected botanicals into naturally simple formulas that deliver real results.
"What started as a balm made in our kitchen for my newborn son has since evolved into a perfume-free skincare range with targeted benefits for all ages, genders, and sensitive skin types.
"With the team at BEAUTYPRO, we’ve found a natural home for our brand - one that truly aligns with our core values. With its expertise and shared commitment, we’re excited to see Skin Sapiens scale further and help even more people feel confident in their sensitive skin."
