SoPost partners with Amazon Alexa to launch voice-activated product sampling
SoPost has partnered with Amazon Alexa to launch voice-activated product sampling campaigns, helping businesses connect with consumers when they're listening to audio content.
The voice-activated experiences allow businesses to "integrate seamless, fully branded sampling campaigns into any channel", such as streaming platforms like Spotify, digital radio or TV advertising.
As part of this, SoPost will fully brand the whole voice journey, including the personalised call-to-action to make the entire experience "look and feel just like your brand".
It will also collect data to improve the experience, including Amazon-verified email addresses to grow the number of people businesses can communicate with post-trial and Amazon-verified shipping addresses to help samples reach the correct homes.
With the rise in popularity of smart speakers and virtual assistants, SoPost emphasised that voice is becoming the "go-to" option for consumers looking for a quick and easy way to find information and shop for products.
