Space NK opens ‘immersive’ store offering treatments in Edinburgh
Multi-brand beauty retailer, Space NK, has opened the doors to a second store in Edinburgh, which features its new 'trading' and 'treatment' concept.
The new Space NK store, in St James Quarter, is imagined with a warm colour palette of soft pinks and apricots. Opening earlier this week, on 22 May, customers can not only shop the retailer’s best-selling brands but also receive treatments.
The treatment room, built into the 2049 sq ft shop, will feature a rotating calendar of brands offering facials, the cost of which is fully redeemable on purchases in-store.
As well as having an extensive assortment of leading beauty brands in the larger-than-usual store, each product category has been considered for an easy and immersive shopping experience. What's more, makeup play tables have been installed to allow customers time to discover and try products comfortably.
In keeping with the most recent store designs from the beauty retailer, there is a dedicated area for customers to refill their hand & body product empties as well as recycle their used beauty packaging, no matter the brand.
This follows the recent news that Space NK is the Korean skincare brand Laneige's latest stockist. The brand has expanded its retail footprint in the UK, launching at 51 Space NK stores nationwide.
