Spotlight Oral Care launches limited edition pride toothbrush for charity
Spotlight Oral Care founders Dr. Lisa and Dr. Vanessa Creaven have announced the launch of their new limited edition Pride Sonic Toothbrush, featuring a graduated rainbow blend informed by the iconic Pride Rainbow Flag.
The limited edition Pride Spotlight Oral Care Sonic Toothbrush has been specially designed to celebrate LGBTQ+ communities and highlight vital advocacy and community-building work around the world.
Complete with purple Travel Case and orange Spotlight Sonic Toothbrush Replacement Heads, every colour of the flag, and member of the LGBTQ+ community, is represented with Pride.
The brush features 3 speed settings, aptly renamed with queer-associated words:
Werk (Clean) – 41000 reps/min
Yaaass (Whitening) – 48000 reps/min
Shhhh! (Sensitive) – 31000 reps/min
Spotlight Oral Care’s customers were invited to nominate and vote on the LGBTQ+ charity or organisation they felt deserved to smile this pride across the brands three key regions; Ireland, the UK and USA. With a charity chosen for each region.
The company has confirmed that 100% of the profits in the UK will be donated directly to the charity Mermaids.
Mermaids supports transgender, non-binary and gender-diverse children and young people until their 20th birthday, as well as their families and professionals involved in their care, providing families and young people with the tools they need to negotiate education and health services.

The Pride Sonic Toothbrush has been on general sale since 1 June 2021, marking the first day of Pride Month.
