Stila Cosmetics bolsters leadership team with two new appointments
Stila Cosmetics has appointed Steve Rosen as its new Chief Financial Officer and David Reece as Chief Operating Officer.
Both Rosen and Reece bring decades of industry expertise and leadership experience to the US-based beauty brand.
Rosen brings more than 30 years experience in finance roles, including Chief Financial Officer at ZO Skin Health and Becca Cosmetics. He also held various finance and strategic roles at The Estée Lauder Companies and Revlon.
Meanwhile, Reece most recently served as Chief Operations Officer at personal health brand Ritual. During his career, he has also worked across operations and supply chain at Shaklee Corporation, NuFace, Beautycounter.

The recent appointments come as the US-based beauty brand continues to expand its portfolio globally.
Founded in 1994, Stila Cosmetics is a globally recognised colour cosmetics brand. After turning 30 last year, the business relaunched with a refreshed, refocused strategy.
