Stranger Things star named as face of new Dior fragrance

Parfums Christian Dior has named British actor Joseph Quinn as the first global ambassador for its Gris Dior fragrance.

Quinn is internationally known for his role as Eddie Munson in season four of Netflix's global hit series, Stranger Things. The 28-year-old actor has also starred in the BBC One television series 'Dickensian', HBO drama 'Catherine the Great' and season seven of 'Game of Thrones'.

Quinn joins Johnny Depp, Jennifer Lawrence, Charlize Theron and Natalie Portman as faces of Dior fragrance.

Described by the brand, Gris Dior is a "subtle and elegant" olfactory signature, which combines heritage with a modern twist. The fragrance, which is part of La Collection Privée Christian Dior, features a blend of citrus, floral and ambery moss notes.

In a statement, Dior Beauty said: "A mesmerising and mysterious actor, Joseph Quinn is the perfect embodiment of the streamlined chypre accord of this leading composition, designed as the olfactory transcription of the emblematic colour of the Avenue Montaigne House."
