TheIndustry.beauty Summit is UK beauty’s brand new agenda-setting summit for beauty industry professionals. The event will take place on 1 October 2026 when we will take over one of London’s most exciting new event venues, The Forum, Leadenhall.
Some 200 of the industry’s finest minds will gather on this day to debate, discuss and decide the future direction of the industry.
Our theme this year is Beauty [Un]Bound
The beauty industry is entering an era of endless possibility. New generation technologies – from AI to VR – and innovative business models centred on sustainability, subscription and/or social media are opening up new avenues of opportunity.
UK beauty brands and retailers – who have been blazing a trail in e-commerce and experiential retail for the past two decades – once again have the chance to take a leadership position.
The way consumers are shopping and engaging with brands is undergoing a revolution; personalised experiences, live shopping, social shopping, members clubs, pop-up experiences and special events are all now integral parts of the retail mix.
In addition, consumers now have sky-high expectations when it comes to deliveries, communication and service – as we reach the mid-point of the 2020s and it’s clear retail is once again in the midst of a seismic shift.
This one-day summit will examine how brands and retailers can best exploit new technologies to drive both growth and efficiencies, and how they can respond to today’s changing consumer behaviour and exacting expectations.
Leading industry speakers will participate in a range of interviews, presentations and panel discussions in the inspiring setting of one of London’s most exciting new venues.
Guests will not only benefit from the insights presented on stage, but also have the opportunity to make meaningful connections with business leaders from brands and retailers. This event is also the place to connect with new suppliers that can offer advice and solutions to support you in making better decisions to drive your business forward.
