Superdrug continues expansion with new store in Portsmouth
Superdrug has announced the opening of its new store in Portsmouth, creating 12 new jobs.
The 5,100 sq ft store offers customers access to the latest health and beauty products, everyday toiletries, beauty treatments and luxury fragrances.
The Portsmouth store also features its own Beauty Studio area, where customers can access professional treatments at affordable prices. Within Beauty Studio, customers can access eyebrow, lashes and nail services.
Nigel Duxbury, Property Director at Superdrug, said: “We are so pleased to be announcing the re-opening of a new store in Portsmouth, meaning we will have continued representation within this city.
"With a wide range of popular health and beauty brands, a luxury fragrance counter, and a professional Beauty Studio, we’re confident that our local customers will love and welcome the new store.”
In August 22, A.S. Watson Group announced its commitment to create 25,000 jobs at Superdrug and Savers for 16-23 year olds across the UK by 2030.
This commitment its part of the group's initiative to offer 200,000 job opportunities for young people globally, aiming to support young people’s career development and help build a more equitable and inclusive society.
