Superdrug opens largest store in North-West at Manchester’s Trafford Centre
Superdrug has opened a new store at Manchester’s Trafford Centre, strengthening its commitment to investment in the region.
The 8,095 sq ft store offers customers access to the latest health and beauty products, including the retailer's growing own-brand range.
It also features a Beauty Studio area, where customers can access professional treatments such as two nail bars, eyebrow threading and piercing services.
Following the re-opening of its Manchester Arndale store earlier this year, the new Trafford Centre location will be Superdrug’s largest in the North-West.
Nigel Duxbury, Property Director at Superdrug, said: “We are so pleased to be announcing the opening of our brand-new Trafford Centre store.
"With a wide range of popular health and beauty brands, a luxury fragrance counter, and a professional Beauty Studio, we’re confident that our customers will love and welcome the new store.”
Superdrug joins a number of beauty brands and retailers at the Trafford Centre, including Boots, Holland & Barrett, Kiko Milano, Lush, Molton Brown, Rituals, The Body Shop and Therapie Clinic.
Simon Layton, Centre Director at Trafford Centre, said: “Superdrug is a much-loved high-street giant and extremely popular with our customers, so we’re delighted that the brand has invested in a new, larger unit.
"We’re sure visitors will be impressed by the stunning, new-look store and wowed by the impressive range of health and beauty brands on offer.”
Earlier this year, Superdrug opened its largest store in Scotland at Braehead Shopping Centre - relocating to a 11,000 sq ft space.
