Superdrug to open two new stores this month

Superdrug has announced its plans to open two new stores next week in Colchester and Birstall, West Yorkshire.

Opening 19 September,  the new 3,935 sq ft store at Birstall Shopping Park will create 25 new jobs and offer customers access to the latest health and beauty products, everyday toiletries, beauty treatments and luxury fragrances.

Opening 22 September, the new 616 sq. ft store at Stane Retail Park will 20 new jobs and also allow customers to choose from a wide range of health and beauty products, including Superdrug’s own brand ranges including B. Skin, as well as other brands including Revolution Beauty, CeraVe, L'Oreal and Collection.

The two stores will feature a Beauty Studio area where customers can access professional treatments at affordable prices. Within the Beauty Studio, customers will have access to eyebrow and lashes, piercing and nail services.

Last month, A.S. Watson Group announced its commitment to create 25,000 jobs at Superdrug and Savers for 16-23 year olds across the UK by 2030.

This commitment its part of the group's initiative to offer 200,000 job opportunities for young people globally, aiming to support young people’s career development and help build a more equitable and inclusive society.
