Sun protection brand Supergoop! has expanded its UK stocklist, launching today on Sephora's new UK website and next year at its upcoming UK retail location.

Founded by Holly Thaggard after her friend was diagnosed with skin cancer in her early 30s, Supergoop! works to create innovative, feel-good skincare and beauty essentials with SPF. The brand first launched in the UK in 2020 and is now available at Sephora, Cult Beauty, Selfridges, Net-A-Porter and Beauty Bay.

Sephora's Supergoop! line-up includes a Play Everyday Lotion, Unseen Sunscreen, Sheerscreen, Glowscreen and (Re)Setting Powder.

Supergoop! joins variety of beauty brands launching at Sephora UK, including Tarte Cosmetics, ILIA, Makeup by Mario, ONE/SIZE by Patrick Starrr, GXVE by Gwen Stefani, Skinfix, Vegamour and Sephora’s own Sephora Collection.

In celebration of the launch, Supergoop! will be participating in the Sephora launch event on 20 October 2022. To mark its arrival in the UK, the pop-up at One Marylebone will allow UK visitors to have a sneak preview of the Sephora universe.

The news comes after Sephora announced its return to the UK market, with the opening of a new store in London in Spring 2023 and the launch of its new UK website from 17 October 2022. Further news on the launch is expected later this month.

Whilst exact details of the location have not yet been announced, sources have suggested to TheIndustry.beauty that the retailer was looking to take a unit on the western end of London's Oxford Street, previously occupied by Next.

Sephora has also partnered with design and innovation studio AKQA to launch its new 'Express All of You' campaign, celebrating culture in the UK. The campaign hopes to connect with British audiences by inviting viewers to "unleash their beauty power".
