Skincare brand The Inkey List has announced the launch of its new myInkey platform this November, offering free skincare support to assist its users in personalising their skincare journey.

The platform will feature two personalised features, myInkey coach and myInkey profile, to offer consumers advice at any level.

MyInkey coach is a customer service feature, which will provide a customer with one-to-one access to a skincare expert. MyInkey profile is a digital platform that will track a user's skincare journey, where they can chart their progress with time-lapse photography and access personalised resources.

The new launch follows the success of The Inkey List's existing #askInkey service, which allows customers to get answers to questions 24/7 through an in-house expert.

Colette Laxton, Co-founder of The Inkey List, said: "We want to be there on every step of your skincare journey, but we know that every journey is personal and unique.

"We are constantly challenging ourselves as a brand to evolve the way we support customers to ensure everybody feels empowered to make the right decisions for their skin journey. It's paramount for us that those tools be easy to use and above all, free to access."
