The Wicked beauty collabs that will make you 'popular' this holiday season

With anticipation building for the release of Wicked the movie, coming to cinemas in the UK on 22 November, brands and retailers from DR.PAWPAW to Marks & Spencer are putting Wicked (pardon the pun) spins on beauty with a slew of collaborative collections.

Whether shoppers are Elphaba or Glinda coded, with an ever-growing list of spellbinding collaborations, there's something for everyone. Here's our top picks...

r.e.m. beauty

With Ariana Grande starring as Glinda, it's perhaps no surprise that her beauty brand has launched a collection of Wicked-inspired products ahead of the movie's release.

The new range draws on the themes and characters from Wicked, with a magical collection of products including a Glinda Glow Drops Serum, Ozdust Eyeshadow Palette, Tulip Field Lip Stain and So Popular pH Adaptive Lip Oil, each housed in intricately illustrated packaging.

There's also two makeup sets. The first is inspired by Glinda, offering a shimmering soft lavender liquid eyeshadow, bubble-toned liner, sheer blush and lip stick, and creamy metallic matte lipstick to complete the look.

Meanwhile, the second set features a shimmering liquid eyeshadow for Elphaba-inspired emerald eyes, black olive eyeliner, sheer plum-toned blush, and colour-changing lip balm that adapts to a unique plum shade for each wearer.

Dr. PAWPAW

Dr. PAWPAW is bringing the magic with its new lip care collection inspired by Wicked's two main characters.

For any Elphaba fans, there's a new Enchanting Lip Balm, which magically reacts to each wearer's temperature to create their unique shade of pink while moisturising lips. Meanwhile, the Glimmer Lip Balm also promises to moisturise, nourish, and hydrate lips with an added pink glimmer, taking inspiration from Glinda's iconic look.

Marks & Spencer

British department store Marks & Spencer has launched an enchanting collaboration collection with Wicked, featuring a selection of products across fashion, beauty and home.

As part of this, a new Hair & Body Mist Duo boasts two decorative spray bottles inspired by the leading characters: Elphaba's features the scent of fresh green apples, while Glinda's has notes of sweet strawberry and vanilla.

Also in haircare is the Ultimate Hair Accessories Set, which includes a scrunchie, hair band and comb, along with an eye mask, all housed in a Glinda and Elphaba-themed case.

There's also Elphaba and Glinda cosmetic bags in - you guessed it - pink and green, as well as The Wicked Bath Elixir, inspired by the Emerald City and featuring a shimmering green, bath soak housed in an enchanting bottle.

Shark

Shark, known for its vacuums and hair styling tools, is inviting shoppers to take a journey to the Land of Oz with the latest limited-edition of its popular Flexstyle hairdryer.

Designed with a pink and green iridescent finish, the magical new Shark X Wicked FlexStyle styling tool promises to help users 'defy gravity' with voluminous hair.

Allowing users to curl, volumise, smooth, and dry locks, the Wicked x FlexStyle features the same attachments as the brand's original FlexStyle, including Auto-Wrap Curlers, Paddle Brush, Oval Brush, Concentrator and Storage Bag.

OPI

Nail brand OPI has partnered with Wicked on a new limited-edition collection of polishes, taking inspiration from the characters’ stories in the upcoming film.

From pinks and greens to crèmes, shimmers and pearls, the range features 12 shades. Most notably, there's Ozitively Elphaba (green with gold pearlescence) and Glinda the Good (hot pink shimmer) available in a duo pack.

Meanwhile, other shades include Love You So Munchkin (yellow and gold shimmer), Oh, For Oz Sake (white with pink and green pearlescence), and Deflying Gravity (black with blue and silver shimmer), plus many more.
