Frasers Group, formally known as Sports Direct Group, operates over 700 sports stores around the UK and Europe as well as 50 e-commerce websites, owning retailers including House of Fraser, Sports Direct, Flannels, Jack Wills and USC.
Headed by former-CEO Mike Ashley, the group rapidly expanded through acquisitions. In 2018 it acquired House of Fraser out of administration and went on to buy Evans Cycles and Sofa.com. In 2023, Frasers Group acquired MATCHES, the premium fashion retailer.
