MAC Cosmetics is a Canadian cosmetics retailer founded in 1984 by Frank Toskan and Frank Angelo. After becoming a subsidiary of Estée Lauder Companies in 1996, MAC relocated its HQ to New York City.

The brand has a wide range of products for face, lips, eyes - as well as accessories such as brushes, bags and other beauty tools.

MAC has raised over $400 million through the sale of its Viva Glam Lipsticks and Lipglosses, donating 100% of the sale price to fight HIV/AIDS. Celebrities such as Lady Gaga, Cindi Lauper, RuPaul, and Elton John have all been ambassadors for the brand.
