Tower 28 Beauty is a Los Angeles-based beauty brand founded in 2019 by Amy Liu, a former beauty executive who struggled with eczema. Frustrated by the lack of fun, effective products for sensitive skin, Liu created Tower 28 to offer clean, vegan, and cruelty-free makeup and skincare.

The brand's offerings include tinted sunscreens, lip jellies, cream blushes, and facial mists—all formulated to be non-irritating and suitable for sensitive skin. Tower 28 is the first beauty brand to be 100% compliant with the National Eczema Association's ingredient guidelines.
