TheIndustry.beauty The Innovators Awards: winners revealed on an historic evening

The eyes of the nation were on Whitehall last night as the electorate awaited confirmation of our new Prime Minister, but leading figures in the beauty industry arrived in the nation's political heart to find out the results of a different vote – who would be taking away the trophies at the first ever TheIndustry.beauty The Innovators Awards.

In the ballroom of The Corinthia hotel, mere steps away from number 10, the great and the good of beauty were treated to a glamorous cocktail party and an awards show hosted by co-founders of TheIndustry,beauty Antony Hawman and Lauretta Roberts and comedian and writer Tatty Macleod.

The evening began with three honorary awards presented to an individual, a brand and a retailer for their outstanding contribution to the British beauty industry, followed by a presentation ceremony with categories covering key business disciples (from experience to collaboration and activation) and the best launches of the year.
