Thérapie Clinic continues expansion with first location in Wales

Thérapie Clinic is opening its first-ever clinic in Wales, marking a major milestone in the brand’s continued expansion across the UK and Ireland.

Located at 52 Charles Street in Cardiff City Centre, the new clinic brings the aesthetic treatment provider's services to the Welsh capital, offering clients access to premium, doctor-led treatments.

The space comprises five purpose-built treatment rooms, delivering a range of non-surgical aesthetic services, including cosmetic injections, laser hair removal, skin theory peels, and microneedling.

As part of this, the clinic also hosts two medical aesthetic doctors, specialising in anti-wrinkle injections, polynucleotides and dermal fillers.

It comes amid continued growth for Thérapie Clinic, which saw a 40% uplift in client numbers in 2024.

This surge also reflects a broader boom in the aesthetics industry, with demand for cosmetic injectables rising and a 36% increase in injection appointments year-on-year.

Consultations for laser hair removal have also grown 28% and injectable consultations are up 21% compared to 2023, highlighting the increasing popularity and trust in safe, non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

Established over 20 years ago, Thérapie Clinic operates more than 75 clinics across the UK, Ireland and the US.

Its Welsh debut not only signifies a new chapter for the business geographically, but also reinforces its commitment to delivering "expert-led, results-driven aesthetic care to more people across the UK".

It also recently launched Thérapie Fertility in the UK. Having first opened in Ireland in 2021, the fertility clinic has seen a 60% increase in treatment cycles from 2022 to 2024, suggesting higher demand for more accessible and affordable fertility services in Ireland and now the UK.
