Among this week's beauty launches is a hydrating skincare duo from Skin Proud, a multi-functional bronzing palette from Ciaté London and an expanded Born This Way range from Too Faced.

CeraVe

CeraVe unveils solid cleansing bar

CeraVe is joining the soap bar movement with the launch of a Hydrating Cleansing Bar. The bar contains 5% CeraVe moisturising cream and promises to soothe and hydrate without disrupting the skin barrier.

Packed with three essential ceramides and hyaluronic acid to deliver hydration whilst cleansing, CeraVe’s cleansing bar also features Multivesicular Emulsion Technology (MVE). Designed to slowly release ingredients over time, MVE Technology means the morning cleanse keeps moisturising the skin all day long.

The bar has been accepted by the National Eczema Association, is fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, allergy tested and pH balanced.

Dr Ifeoma Ejikeme, CeraVe Medical Consultant, said: “Some traditional bar soaps have historically been very drying on the skin. CeraVe’s Hydrating Cleansing Bar has hydrating ingredients including hyaluronic acid, ceramides and slow release technology to drip feed hydration through the day. My patients often ask for different solutions and ways to cleanse their skin. It’s nice to now have a solid option for those who prefer using bar soap."

Priced at £8.50, the CeraVe Hydrating Cleansing Bar is available from Boots from 15 August 2022.

Skin Proud launches Daily Saviour Duo

Skin Proud has launched a new Daily Saviour Duo, which features a Skin Recovery Booster Serum and Skin Restoring Cream to enhance the skin's natural moisture barrier.

The product duo features restoring actives such as squalene, niacinamide and ceramides to help the skin feel restored and replenished. They are also 100% vegan, cruelty-free and dermatologically tested.

Priced at £12.95 and £14.95, the Daily Saviour Duo is available online at Skin Proud.

Ciate London

Ciaté London introduces new bronzing palettes

Following its five-piece bronzing collection last year, Ciaté London has launched its new Brazillian Glow Bronzing Palettes.

Each multi-functional palette features seven powders, with four shades for the complexion and three for the eyes in both matte and shimmer shades. Available in two options, Light/Medium and Medium/Dark, each colour within the two palettes has been designed by Ciaté London’s in-house team to universally suit all skin tones.

Each shade has also been enriched with the brand's proprietary Brazilian Glow Complex, a mix of cupuaçu extract, hyaluronic acid and vitamin C to help deliver skin softening, hydration and brightening benefits.

Priced at £25, the Brazilian Glow Bronzing Palettes are available online at Ciaté London.

Too Faced

Too Faced expands Born This Way range

Too Faced has announced the launch of its new Born This Way Ethereal Light Illuminating Smoothing Concealer. Available in 18 shades, the concealer aims to camouflage and cover "imperfects", while adding a natural luminosity for a flawless finish.

The new product joins the brand's existing Born This Way collection, which includes a Flawless Coverage Natural Finish Foundation, The Natural Nudes Eyeshadow Palette and Turn Up The Light Complexion Highlighting Palette.

Priced at £25, the Born This Way Illuminating Light Concealer has dropped at Too Faced in the US and will soon be available in the UK.
