TONI&GUY CEO takes ownership as it targets long-term global growth
TONI&GUY CEO Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck now holds majority ownership of the company, with full voting control at both board and shareholder level.
LABEL.M, the professional haircare brand co-founded by Mascolo-Tarbuck and her father, Toni Mascolo, the Italian-born British hairdresser and co-founder of TONI&GUY, is also now wholly owned and fully controlled by Mascolo-Tarbuck.
The company said the changes create a unified leadership structure across both businesses, with the aim of providing clearer strategic direction and supporting future growth.
Founded in London by brothers Toni and Guy Mascolo, and later joined by Anthony and Bruno Mascolo, TONI&GUY has grown from a single salon into an international hairdressing brand with a global network of salons, academies and professional partnerships.
The group has outlined a strategy focused on expanding its presence in the professional hair sector through education, digital integration, enhanced salon experiences and long-term financial growth.
According to the company, the strategy will build on TONI&GUY’s existing education and franchise support programmes while increasing digital connectivity across its global network. Further details on strategic initiatives and investment priorities are expected in the coming months.
"This is both a deeply personal and incredibly exciting moment. We are honouring everything that has made TONI&GUY what it is today, while setting a clear course for the future," said Mascolo-Tarbuck.
"With over 35 years’ experience across every part of the business, I feel both a deep responsibility and a great privilege in leading its future. As majority shareholder of TONI&GUY Global Group and owner of LABEL.M, I have a clear vision: to build on our heritage while evolving into a more connected, innovative and digitally integrated global business.
"This isn’t simply the next chapter – it’s the new book. We are building on an extraordinary foundation to create a more integrated, agile and future-ready organisation, one that continues to lead the industry globally."
