Too Faced founders step down as new Global Brand President announced

The Estee Lauder Companies has announced that Jerrod Blandino and Jeremy Johnson, Co-founders of Too Faced, will step down to explore new entrepreneurial opportunities, effective 30 June 2022. 

Blandino and Johnson will depart the company 24 years after founding the cosmetics brand in 1998 and six years after joining The Estée Lauder Companies.

William P. Lauder, Executive Chairman at ELC, said: “Jerrod and Jeremy started the brand with a simple, yet compelling creative concept, and transformed it into something that is truly extraordinary. We look forward to seeing where the next phase of their journey takes them and wish them all the best as they set out on new adventures.”

The Estée Lauder Companies has also announced the promotion of Tara Simon to Global Brand President of Too Faced, effective 1 July 2022. In her new role, Simon will continue enabling her team to drive fast-growing opportunities for the brand, while further contributing to the company’s category strategy for makeup.

Prior to joining Too Faced and ELC as Senior Vice President/General Manager in 2020, Tara built a career with ULTA Beauty, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President of Merchandising, Prestige Beauty.
