Trinny London strengthens business operations to enhance customer experience
Trinny London has modernised its business operations to help enhance the brand's customer experience.
Trinny London is a digital-first global beauty brand. Founded in 2017 by Trinny Woodall, the brand sells its wide range of products online to customers in over 180 countries.
Working with solutions provider NetSuite and digital agency Excellent Zephyr, Trinny London is supporting business growth with the optimisation of its back-end operations.
Excellent Zephyr has provided Trinny London with experienced consultants, technical resources and project management to assist the project. As part of this, the company enlisted the support of the retail integration platform, Patchworks.
The Patchworks iPaaS platform connects ecommerce systems including shop front, ERP, CRM and warehouse management, allowing businesses to simplify the integration of their technology stack.
