Uniqlo founder Tadashi Yanai wants a female successor

The billionaire founder of Japan’s Uniqlo has said a woman should take over running the clothing company.
Tadashi Yanai, president of Asia’s largest retailer and one of the world's richest individuals, said: “The job is more suitable for a woman. They are persevering, detail-oriented and have an aesthetic sense.”
