Victoria Beckham Beauty has appointed Lauren Edelman as its new CEO, replacing Katia Beauchamp, who is stepping down after more than two years in the role.

Edelman most recently served as Global Chief Marketing Officer at the prestige beauty brand from May 2023.

Prior to this, she was Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Creative at Rose Inc. She also previously held a number of senior marketing roles at Chanel, L’Oréal, and Bourjois.

The appointment follows a period of continued growth for Victoria Beckham's beauty and fashion businesses, having delivered its third consecutive year of double-digit growth in 2023.

Revenues increased 52% to £89.1 million for the full year ending 31 December 2023, compared to £58.8 million in 2022.

It has since continued to strengthen its loyal customer base, expanding its product range with new makeup and skincare products.

Beckham first ventured into the beauty space with Estée Lauder before launching Victoria Beckham Beauty in 2019. Founded on the idea that "beauty should complement and empower the dynamic life you lead", she set out to create a new standard of clean luxury with high-performing, cruelty-free and sustainably-minded makeup and skincare products.

In 2023, she also entered the fragrance category for the first time with three scents. Created in collaboration with master parfumier Jérôme Épinette, the genderless artisanal fragrances were inspired by a particular era in her own life.
